Hi, I tried to look for an option for this and even a plugin but couldn't find one so I'm suggesting this, sorry if either of these already exist and I just failed to find them!

Anyway, could an option be enabled to allow better re-arranging/resizing of the 3 panels in TS3? What I mean is it, being able to arrange the chat, user/channel list, and info panel into different positions in addition to the current ability to resize. Visual aid: http://i.imgur.com/BXuuK.png
