File Transfer settings?

any one have a tutorial for seting up file transfer on your ts3 server i can upload just fine but no one can download them imcluding myself.. so can some one walk this old fart thru setting it up correctly?

Is i_ft_file_download_power permission, in your group, equal or higher that i_ft_needed_file_download_power permission in the specific channel ?

If the server cannot save the uploaded files in its uploads folder, small files (I think it was something like smaller than 900 KB, but I'm absolutely not sure) will be marked as successful transfers. Please try uploading a bigger file (10 MB or so). If the upload progress bar always stops at the same position for no reason, your server cannot save the files and should be “run as admin”.

Please also tell us if there are any error messages.
