server password

I have just joined and this is my problem, there has not been a crash dump generated!, when I try to connect to our usual ts. site I get a window open up asking for a server password, No matter what way I use to connect, I am only using the client program and the address I am using for the server we have had for quite a long time. I have uninstalled and installed 8 times, even checked out the register to make sure that nothing remained. My O.P. is W7, I have only installed the client program.

Also can happen that he's using another identity. Maybe the registered user overpass the password but another one it's asked for.

Bluedog, maybe the password has changed, it's mistyped or you are using for connecting another identity.
