My TS3 server

hi I am tryin to run a teamspeak server, it was running then windows done an update it quit working, I tried rolling back nothing is working UDP port 9987 wont open, it became closed after update, any solution on how to fix this?

Please provide a server log.
Do you check the Windows firewall and/or your anti-virus.

i actually whipped the server and tried starting fro scratch but i know it has to do with port 9987 it will not open if i could figure out how to change the port i think that might work
