Speach cuts out???

I am running TS3 Server on windows home server 2011, I have connected with friends connected no problem. The issue I have is when there are a few people on and more than one person speaks at any one time the speach is muffled (cant understand what they are saying). I have my suspicions that it may be the bandwidth but I am not hearing it??? the people who connect are getting the issue??

My bandwidth (although not huge) is 4.5Mb but not sure if this is the problem.

Does anyone know of any setting that I can change to improve this please?

umm, forgive my rudeness but could you also share a number of your upload speed with the units provided from modem if possible?(or just both of the numbers if the above is upload).

define "few people" and "more than one person speaks"

Be aware that 4,5Mbps is translated to approx. 512KiB.

Now imagine one user speaking and 10 in a channel. Codec settings say ~6KiB. So 1person speaking to 10 at 6..... 1 * (10-1) * 6 = +-54 KiB
4people when total in channel is 10 codec 6 .... 4 * (10-1) * 6 = +-214 KiB

Now I have no idea if you are also playing game with them, or even hosting the game... downloading something... anyone downloading from you ??
