Rented ts3server? VPS?
What you would like(title), might not be needed.
What you have posted doesn't tell us anything aside normal function of ts3server.

I Have A Linux 24/7 Machine & Iam Download ts3 x86 linux sv form teamspeak website when i start ts3server_minimalrunscript.sh i get this error ? ?

Looks like, the database file could not be written.
Isn't there more in your log file?
