Depends on Configuration.
All the Data is stored in a single File called ts3server.sqlitedb by default.
Just copy that one, install the TS3 Server on your new Server and paste that file back in the Installation Directory then start the TS3 Server. All should be good.
If you edited the Configuration using Command Line Parameters or an Configuration File (usually called ts3server.ini but can be any name) you'd need to copy that one too (as well as any other Ini Files you created / modified)

Hello
Also don't forget the "files" folder.
And to avoid any error stop your Teamspeak instance with the serverprocessstop command.

Please search the Forums, FAQ and Google.
There are plenty of answers for that.
If you have Problems with Linux itself (as in not knowing Commands) Google has plenty of help to offer.

If you have ssh access it is not that hard. easiest way is to use filezilla and connect to your server as an sftp:// host.
Generally if moving from one server to another you will connect to the source server, download/copy to your local machine, then connect to the target server and upload/copy from your local machine.
