Problem with the ts viewer on site

I just reset the team speak server.
I have a website on enjin, where I put in homepage, the ts server status viewer, up to the first reset it worked fine, now it works, but you only see the users logged on to default channel (the one where you are coming at the beginning), but not see people on other channels. Although, at the bottom where it says how many users are connected, it reads very easily the number of users connected. So it may happen that there are 6 users online at the site and you read it, but you do not see people in the channels.
As suggested by those I get the server service, I turned on (I put the flag) to these permissions on the guest server group:
- b_virtualserver_info_view
- b_virtualserver_client_list
- b_virtualserver_channel_list
but not solve.

I solved it!
I set a high level in the permission "i_channel_needed_subscribe_power". I removed the permission and everything works properly.
Now, I can make a backup of the entire system? (server group, permissions, channels, ...)

The YaTQA server-query admin tool has an option to 'create a snapshot' that will backup the entire server, all permissions, registered users and channels etc, this should cover your needs of a backup.

If you want you can also just create a duplicate of the group that you could use for reference purposes if you are worried about changing a permission wrongly on the actual group.
