Whispering

Hello!

When I try to set up whispers, and hit the whisper button it says no whisper target found. Any idea on how to fix this? I am in a public channel if that makes any difference.

It seems that target permission i_client_needed_whisper_power, is higher to your i_client_whisper_power

Obviously, you can also hear this message, if your whisper target is offline.
