You need to allow Cookies for both Addons and forum seperately.

cookies are allowed in my browsers...
i tryed the major browsers, in none it works.
last week it works 1 time, then was the forum down for maintenance and it did not work since jet.
i can log in from forum page and then i am logged in in forum page.
i can log in from addons page, but i am only logged in on forum page, not on addons page...
i checked the cookies in firefox and for both site are cookies saved...

I had the same problems for several times.
I always "logged out" myself and then logged in again, after that I did a complete reload of the page via Cmd + F5 (in Firefox and Chrome), what made the login working.

i tryed different browsers and differend computers, nothing works. then i tryed a login from my girlfriend on my computer and it works! so, i think something with my login or the handshaking of cookies for my login between forum and addons page is broken...
i also tryed to contact the forum support staff but the email address forum@teamspeak.com is not valid (i got the adress from my activation email).

I have changed your loginname as you can see from your new username here. Please try to login with that name.
I also have tried to crate a login with an empty space in my loginname, but it worked fine.---------------------------------------------------------

Another problem appears: You can not login, when you change your email-address. A report has been sent.
