So if I understand your problem correctly, your friend is unable to connect to your hamachi setup at all? If so that's a hamachi issue, not teamspeak. After a short google search I am basically seeing that your friend should check firewalls, update router, contact isp, etc...

Have you tried having another friend connect to you from another location?

What ip address is he using to connect to your server? Could you post client/server logs?

Client log: See this post: http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=faq&c...lient_logfiles
    ServerLog: server root/logs/[most recent file].log

Open with notepad, copy, paste into code tags on the forum.

Based on this your friend is not even getting to the teamspeak server. What is he typing in the server address field?

You want to be using the one on your window. After looking through the forums here it appears that many others have been unable to resolve similar issues with hamachi. Since I don't know much about hamachi I am not positive about this but it looks like you're going to have to do this the old fashioned way and set up a real server. I know you said previously that you couldn't. Is this a lack of understanding or a lack of authorization/access? If the former I can help you. Otherwise you should look into having your friend host or looking into free/rented teamspeak servers.

It is probably just a lack of understanding as I have watched so many tutorials on it that have all failed for me as when I type in my IP to chrome it loads for a long time then says that it dosent lead anywhere if you no or have made some very detailed simple video tutorials it would be of great help
    Thanks

The basic to-do list is as follows:

    1. Set a static IP for your server (Usually optional but highly recommended)
    2. Forward the teamspeak ports (9987UDP, 30033TCP)
    3. Send your eternal ip to your friends (whatismyip.com)

Procedures for port forwarding and setting up a static IP vary by router. For port forwarding help goto portforward.com

EDIT: You might also want to set up a dynamic DNS to make connecting easier for your friends. See dyn.com for help on that.
