ts73.light-speed.com:5198 is the address for connect to a TS3 server, it's not the name of the hoster of the server.

I've tried to connect and the server is working, no password required.

If you want to contact them use the bookmarks in your TS3 Client or if you want to connect as fast as possible:
Connections --> Connect --> Fill the "Server address" field with the ts73.light-speed.com:5198, fill "Nickname" with yours and press "Connect" button.

Note: if you really want to see your hosters in the Authorized TeamSpeak Host Provider (ATHP) web page, you have to search for
InstantTeamSpeak or simply type Instant and press search.
