Disabling "Block" Feature
One of my more sensitive users has blocked another guy and it's getting annoying. Is there a way I can disable all blocking done on my server? Or at least something beyond him changing his UI only to be promptly blocked again.

No, when you right click on a name and it shows "Add as friend" or "Add as blocked" I'm of course referring to the latter. The blocking pretty much blocks out everything.

Unfortunately, I believe that is a client side setting. From a quick look through the permissions I can't find anything related.
