ServerQuery login problems

I apologize in advance if this has been covered before, but i could not locate it on the forums. I have a TS3 server, i was able to access the Serverquery with serveradmin/password, the computer installed new updates and since then i get "error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=4878" I have checked all the login permissions, and they seem to all be set correctly in the guest and query admin groups, serveradmin still exists in the DB,

Don't forget write:

use sid=<server_id> or use port=<voice_port>

after: login serveradmin <password>

login serveradmin password
use port=9987

or

login serveradmin password
use sid=1

still gives me a response of
"error id=2568 msg=insufficient\sclient\spermissions failed_permid=4878"

I have no query access at all it fails at the login command, i looked up the page you linked, and this is the answer i get to the permid

how to access that is beyond me when i can't log in, i checked the DB and they all have a use power and/or are a 1

Try by Telnet in port 10011

login serveradmin <serveradmin_password> 
use sid=<server_ID> or use port=<voice_port>
servergroupaddperm sgid=<your_server_group_ID> permid=4878 permvalue=1 permnegated=0 permskip=0

i have the feeling this server is going to have to be trashed and redone

Why you want to change AdminQueryGroup ?
Remember: Never add yourself into a Query Admin group, you can destroy the permissions system.
