Background static while teamspeak is connected to a server

I recently purchased a Logitech G930 USB headset for my laptop, a Dell XPS 15 L502x. Whenever teamspeak is connected to a server or is doing something else with the microphone, such as using the testing dialog in the Capture settings, a whooshing sound that pulses louder and softer occurs. This sound persists from when a sound-related task is started in teamspeak to when teamspeak is closed. It occurs with or without other sound applications running. When Teamspeak sound is lowered to 0% in the windows sound mixer, the whoshing still persists. Muting Teamspeak, however, also mutes the whoosh.

If any more information is required, please ask me.

Do you mean a white noise? This headset alos the G35 does that as soon any application gets acces to that device.
This has nothing to do with the client itself.
