Help pls! Icon uploaded on server dont are visible for all only for me

Hello, i have a problem with icon ( i have SA with full power), i upload it on my server (rgt click on server name -view icon- upload) sometimes icon appear to be on server but after few second icon disappear, i need to try 3 or 4 times for upload a icon , and when the upload was ok and icon are saved on server , i try tu put it on a server group or channel but is not visible for all, just for me

Permission on server group:

i_icon_id icon immage - skip uncheck- negate unchek -grant 75
i_max_icon_filesize 8192 - skip uncheck - negate uncheck - grant not active
b_group_is_permanent value check-skip uncheck - negate uncheck - grant not active
i_group_auto_update_type 30 -skip uncheck - negate uncheck - grant not active

Make sure you are uploading to the server and not local (local is on the right, icons for the server are on the left).

all icon are upload on remote(left side) and not in local

i also see a group icon near my name on ts3 viewer pannel, i see it inside server but all other client dont see it..

no i dont have error on connect,i see all icon (also if are disappared from remote upload pannel)
sometimemes i upload icon and disappear from remote upload control pannel without message, sometimes give me this message :
Transfer "icon_1404323408" reports: (file transfer connection timeout)

Definitly a network problem or blocked port :-(
Yes you have to contact him, he is the only one who can open or close the ports.
