Avatar deleting on server version 3.0.5

On the S303/C306 we still had an issue with the avatar deleting.
If removed on server side the Client would say
"Transfer avatar_....... file not found".
If you try to delete the avatar "assignment" of this client it says:
"Failed to delete avatar on server"
so the assignment is not deleted.

I read before that delete feature needed overhaul (internalticket?)
But now on S305/C306 the issue still remains!??

The problem is, that the file does not exist on the server anymore.
This messages tells hat >>>> "Transfer avatar_....... file not found".

You can see that avatar, because it got loaded from your client cache folder.

That user has to replace his avatar first or the hoster needs to fix the path for files.
