Some Icons Not Show

For some reason, my friend who has this teamspeak server, has this issue with only me. You see, when I first logged into the server, I saw that the icons where not showing. He saw the icons, along with everyone else. I'm really not sure if it is me, or the server, but I think it is the server, because other servers I go on, don't have issues with icons. Can someone please help with this issue? Also I keep getting spammed this:

I tried turning off my firewall completely, didn't work.

Please make sure that filetransfer from a user (who is not connected inyour own LAN) work.
Open port 30033 TCP and ask someone to upload a file.

(file transfer connection timeout) < shows, that the transfer was blocked, maybe the server can not open the port for your ip or your lan ip has changed.
