Member can't see the channels

Member can't see the channels ..I had him click on the expansion arrow beside our TS CLAN Name and the arrow will
not expande to other channels for him

Each user must expand its channels tree, in his own ts3_client .

Dunno what exactly your Problem is but for expanding the Channel tree there is also an Option to do it automatically on connect:
Settings -> Options -> Design -> Channel Tree -> Expand all Channels on login

Does this happen on other servers too?
Does he have a custom skin enabled?
Can he switch channels?
Is it the latest client?
