    Temporary passwords are "too temporary".

I just learned today that the temporary passwords are not stored to the DB and are only in ram. I had no idea they were not stored to the database until the issue was brought up this morning. I checked if my temporary passwords I entered while my server was running 3.0.3 were still there after updating to 3.0.5 and sure enough, they were gone and I had to re-add them.

A server crash or restart will clear the temporary password list. First, I don't like this. I think that they should be stored in the database just like temporary bans. With temporary passwords able to be valid for up to about 2 years and 9 months it is impractical to store that to ram and expect them to remain. If the logic is they are temporary and should act as a temporary channel (which clearly states will be deleted when empty with no defined expire time) why not have temporary bans work the same, expire at given date-time or server restart, which ever occurs first.

If you are dead set against storing them to the database there needs to be better documentation that they are not. Even adding a label under the "Expires after:" input stating "or until server is restarted" would help.

I guess Temporary Passwords were never intended to be valid for a ridiculously long period of 2 years.
From the Suggestionthread about this Feature it seems to be intended for Guilds / Clans having guests on the server for a match / raid / meeting / whatever without them beeing able to return afterwards. Usually these things take a couple of days at most in which the password has to be valid.

For what Reason would you want to have a temporary Password last months or even years?
