License, how?

Hello all. I have one question.
I created one server, in VPS Linux.
I have 32 slot in this server, and now, i have teamspeak 3 license to have 512 slot, but i dont know how i can install this in server.

I used Putty to create server. Then, i closed this program.. and now i dont know how login in my teamspeak3 server with putty, and how i can install license..

IMPORTANT: I have license in my email, and in my pc (Windows), but how i can put this in pvs linux..?

Searching the Forums and / or Google brings plenty of results for your Question.

If you are unaware of how to copy a file from your PC to your VPS you probably shouldn't be running one. In any case Google has plenty of help for that too.
