TS3 Overlay not working after update

I am sure this question has been answered, but I am not able to read through all the posts, and a quick 'search' didn't find anything, so it is possible that I have a fairly new question.

I use TS3(TeamSpeak 3) only on 'World of Tanks' at this time... It has been several weeks ago thay someone walked me through setting up the 'OverLay' so that I could see all the people in TS3, and who is talking in TS3, while Still in WoT... It worked wonderfully untill a few days ago, Then when I started TS3, then it said to D/L an update... I did, and ever since, I have lost my overlay in the game... Everything else still works from TS3, but I really NEED the overlay so I don't have to try to jump back and forth to see who comes and goes, who is TALKING, and etc.... Last night I spoke with a couple others who told me that they also lost their OverLay after they got the up-date.

I have tried multiple times to reload, reset, etc... but nothing seems to work. People who I trust to know more than me, seem to be having the same problem, so if anyone has any suggestions, PLEASE let me know....

Not working on my box either as of the update, but prior to that it would sometime hog my cpu,causing the game to lag too much, so i started using the Playclaw pluggin, which worked fine without causing lag,until i updated ts3 client ,i have updated the ap1 version dll files for that plugin, and it shows the correct version in the client, everything apart from the names of who is speaking or joins/leaves is displayed as before?, my system is a little old cpu being a intel core2 duo, an old 7800gt gpu running on xpsp3 ,

Imagine that, since the update the overlay won't work in WoT for me either. No one seems to know how to figure this out..

you can use overwolf it's a good tool, it has many aplications.. you can see at teamspeak site http://www.teamspeak.com/

But this does not solve the porblem :-/

We try to fix that, but it seems, this happens on ati cards only.

No it affects Nvidia GPU cards too

I loaded overwolf and it worked but.....it dropped my ping so much in WOT i couldn't play the game.
So I un-installed overwolf and I am still without an overlay....

My system never had problems with TS3 hogging Mem or causing Lag til very recently. I am not sure if this is an additional problem w/TS or if it has to do with the recent update on WoT. Since I never had mem or lag issues until AFTER WoT's Update, I am working with them about it. But what the heck, since I'm here, Since the WoT update, if I run WoT AND TS3, my games Frame/Rate drops to low single digits. I have an old machine myself, but it is still been updated and\or I have added enough new parts so I can game well and run pretty much any game.

Depending on how recently you tried overwolf, the low Ping (I watch Frame\Rate but they are linked) may NOT be the fault of your overlay program. As I said in an earlier Post, My WoT won't work with TS3 at all. F\R of MAYBE 2-4 I mean BAD, but it seems to have started soon after the V 0.7.3 Update. I don't remember it being immediate, but still I wasn't playing every day around that time, so I might be misremembering the timeline

Just to clarify for anyone who needs it...

TS3 Updated... I lost my overlay in WoT (This update was in April)
WoT updated.... I seem to have lost all my F\R in WoT if using TS3 (This Update was a couple weeks ago, first week of May I think)
