Connection Lost

Since today morning, everytime when I go on a ts3-Server, I will have a connection lost. I had the ts3 new installed, but it has no effect. What can I do? Pls help me.

3.- Are you renting a server?
4.- How many times do you get connection lost.?
5.- Can you join your server?
6.- If you join your server, How much time can you be conected?

If you have to reset the router why would you think it relates to your static ip assignment on a workstation?
Sounds like a problem with the router/isp and not a workstation.
