    Changing port and IP

I wonder how I change the default ports to my teamspeak 10011, 9987, 30033, 41144, 2010, 2008 because I need to switch to the firewall to fit.

I wonder how I call one another teamspeak ip inside my machine for bind

You can change the former 3 with command line parameters (See server_quickstart.txt in the docs Folder).
As for the latter 3 those are fixed and cannot be changed. The 41144 one is used for the Serverlist which you can disable for every virtual server (Edit Virtual Server -> More -> Misc -> Enable Reporting to Web Server List) and once none of the Virtualservers are reporting the port should not be used after restarting the instance.
The last two ports are used for Licensing / Accounting Server Connections if my memory serves me correcty.

    Don't change these ports:
    41144(TCP in) ...TSDNS
    2010(UDP out) ...Weblist
    2008(TCP out) ...Accounting

    If you have many problems
Other suggestion is to buy a server from a Authorized Hoster http://hosting.teamspeakusa.com/

It's very easy, you forget about the configuration and they do everything for you !!! think that your pc will rest and won't be conected 24/7, it's very expensive to have that.

Is the icon stored on the server or your local machine? If local machine, your clients wont see it.

Right click on the server name, (top of the channels tree)
Edit virtual server > Maximum Clients ...

They can do it only if this permission is enabled, in their server group: b_virtualserver_modify_maxclients
