Thx for your fast answer. I did but i didnt understand it. I just controlled my logs and it works after the uprade.

    My logs:

    2012-04-25 14:20:21.079423|INFO |ServerLibPriv | | TeamSpeak 3 Server 3.0.5 (2012-04-23 04:46:12)
    2012-04-26 09:02:34.018013|INFO |VirtualServer | 1| permission 'i_client_max_idletime'(id:20647) with values (value:7200, negated:0, skipchannel:0) was added by 'mr-brown'(id:2) to servergroup 'CSS-Team'(id:22) - so it still works
and today doesnt work anymore. The only permission edit between was following:
    2012-04-29 17:15:02.140242|INFO |VirtualServer | 1| permission 'i_needed_modify_power_client_max_idletime'(id:654 47) was deleted by 'mr-brown' (id:2) from servergroup 'Server Admin'(id:6)
But i cant find this permission i_needed_modify_power_client_max_idletime. Is this the reason for the insufficient permission modify power? When not, how could it be that it doesnt work when nothing has changed?

    You need display advanced permissions:
Settings > Options > Application > Misc > checkbox "Advanced permissions system"

    Then go to:
Permissions > Server Groups > Server Admin >> Client > ... and tell us with values has i_client_max_idletime for columns "Value" and "Grant"

I see you've removed this permission.
    2012-04-29 17:15:02.140242|INFO |VirtualServer | 1| permission 'i_needed_modify_power_client_max_idletime'(id:654 47) was deleted by 'mr-brown' (id:2) from servergroup 'Server Admin'(id:6)
To retrieve it, use ServerQuery with this code:
    Code:
    login serveradmin <password>
    use sid=1
    servergroupaddperm sgid=6 permid=65447 permvalue=75 permnegated=0 permskip=0

Ok thanks! Sounds logical that the reason is "i_needed_modify_power_client_max_idletime".

So... with the code youve posted it works!
    A look in the logs:
    2012-05-01 00:23:25.957178|INFO |VirtualServer | 1| permission 'i_needed_modify_power_client_max_idletime'(id:654 47) with values (value:75, negated:0, skipchannel:0) was added by 'serveradmin from IP'(id:1) to servergroup 'Server Admin'(id:6)
And it works! That was the reason!

Big ThaNkS It really help me to learn more of the TS3 engine.

Just to clarify: You removed the Grant Value for i_client_max_idle_time (that is what that i_needed_modify_power_client_max_idle_time is and also why it is not displayed seperately) and thus no one could change the max idle time anymore since you disallowed yourself to grant it.
