1. Your client does crash and you can offer an dumpfile
1.1 Please visit this thread
1.2 Put your dmp file into a ".zip" container and report the crash

Our part
1. Our developer always reads every crash report
2. If it is possible, that he can answer (if he sees the problem), then he will answer here.
3. We edit your crash report and add an URL to the answer.

So it is possible for you, to read or discuss about that.
