Slow TS3 startup

I have a very high end computer with 8 gb DDR3 ram and core i5 2500 3.4mhz cpu, and 2 gtx 460s lodged in my computer. All of this is pretty irrelevant but consider the facts. Everything i open on my computer, every program, snaps open instantly. TS3 takes 5-10 seconds or longer to open after double clicked it.
Iv reinstalled it a few times to no prevail.
I do several defrags / virus scans / spyware / registry clean outs every month.
Any solutions?
PS after the program launches its absolutely fine after that.

i have the same problem, even though i installed teamspeak on a SSD.

same here, teamspeak lags as hell on a machine that could calculate nearly everthing ^^

i don't know whether something has been changed, but since the last update Teamspeak starts as wanted (very fast) from my SSD.
