No Tray Icon in Ubuntu 12.04 Precise with unity
I am running Teamspeak 3.0.6 on Ubuntu 12.04. There is no tray icon for teamspeak. This is almost certainly due to the way Unity modified the indicator bar. Does anyone know a workaround to make the indicator visible?

Alright. I figured it out. Unity has a whitelist for programs that can add indicators. This whitelist is configureable through dconf-editor: http://www.howtogeek.com/68119/how-t...s-system-tray/
This tutorial reccomends that you chane it to ['all'], but to keep my taskbar still mostly clean, I changed it to ['JavaEmbeddedFrame', 'Wine', 'Update-notifier', 'Ts3client_linux_amd64']
If you are instead running 32-bit you will need to change your field to match.
