Failed to connect to server
Today I was trying to release a 9988 port to the server without understanding very well.
I was in the modem settings and added to the TS port 9988 udp.
My server was running normally one year until I do that, and so did he disconectou and never returned.
I put the settings as they were before.
Ports: UDP 9987, 10011 tcp, 30033 tcp
I associate this application on the LAN.
But to no avail, still can not connect.
Screens:

That was the only change I did not understand why not connect.

- your Local IP changed, thus you need to adjust the forwardings.
- your WAN IP changed, thus you need to give the new one to the people.
- your Server died. Make sure its running, and also try restarting it.
never touch a running system

Also, you can see in your second image, port 30033 forward as UDP, ...change it to TCP.
