Lost SA Rights, Saving Channel Information before reset?

Dear Community,

While setting up and configurating my TS3 Server, I mistakenly removed my SA Rights. I already tried to get them back via the ServerQuery Tool, but the login serveradmin <password> Command doesn't work due to insufficient rights. Dunno if I do something wrong there =/

As far as I read, there is no way to get back my SA rights, for noone can give me back my rights (I was the only SA). Or is there any possibility that I overlooked?

If not, I have an important question:
Can I someway save the Channellist so that I can set up a new TS Server and import them, so that I don't have to create every single channel again? That would save me a LOT of time!
