I assume you want me to answer to:
1- They do not get the icon error, I get it.I have a question. Do other user get the same error about the icons, when they connect to that server?
I can imagine, that the server does have more then 1 IP and that this ip is not bound to the teamspeak instance.
Does this happen on other servers too?
2- This does not happen on other servers, not at all!

So this only happens on that server. Can you ask the provider or hoster about the ip's?
