    Solved permission_setting 0 is same as setting not set?

    permission_setting 0 is same as setting not set, right?

    In most cases a permission, that is not set, will be compared as a permission with a value of 0.

    There are 5 layers where permissions can be: server group, client permissions, channel permissions, channel group, channel client permissions...if you have not set a permission on all of these layers, it is like you had 0 set, so basically the there is a 6th layer (lowest priority) which is all zeroes.
