NPL License non-detected
Hello there, here is my problem :
I have installed Teamspeak server x64 on my Box (OS : Ubuntu 11.04)
If I did not put the file licensekey.dat, the server runs and clients can connect to the server.
When the file is in the main folder, the server runs but clients can't connect to the server.
Here is my log file :
I have waited for three hours.2012-05-11 11:11:58.952451|INFO |ServerLibPriv | | TeamSpeak 3 Server 3.0.5 (2012-04-23 04:46:12)

2012-05-11 11:11:58.953675|INFO |DatabaseQuery | | checking database integrity (may take a while)
It seems that the server can't read the licensekey.dat
Here is the licensekey.dat content :
The main folder and files are set to rwx r-- r-- and the owner is teamspeak.Company name :xxx

description : TeamSpeak 3 Non-Profit License

The server is launched with the same user.
I don't know what to do now
please help =)

Please paste all lines of the server log (when the server instance was started). There is something missing. Maybe the license was not found or the server was stopped with a reason.

How big is your database file? It could be, that it takes more the na minute, when it is a big public server.

2012-05-11 13:33:38.663843|ERROR |Accounting | | Unable to connect to accounting server
2012-05-11 13:33:38.663946|ERROR |ServerLibPriv | | Server() error while starting servermanager, error: unable to connect to accounting server
After searching for this error, port 2008 was forwarded only for UDP protocol, I have added TCP protocol and it works
Thanks.Last edited by Aigrelame; 11-05-2012 at 15:17. Reason: found out !

Ok, looks like the server wan't to conenct to our accounting server and fails.
Please open port 2010 (UDP outgoing) and make sure, that your server can ping accounting.teamspeak.com---------------------------------------------------------
