Sound stays down

i say hello, and people respond. 5 minutes later people dont hear me anymore.. i've tested with a friend, and true enough.. no sound coming from me.. i check that my mic isnt disabled on TS or my PC everytime people dont respond, but its not muted.. still people dont hear me.

My other problem is that the game sound turns very low.. i know the standard problem about the game sound getting turned down quite much.. but i turn up the sound to normal level under the mixer on my processline as instructed by other people with the standard problem, go into the game again, wait for one minute.. and then the volume is all the way down again.. and that just repeats everytime.. so i cant play with decent sound when im on TS, and people are speaking..

what to do? i really wanna get on again, so i dont have to be one of the only member of my clan thats not in TS because its not working

i use push-to-talk if that can help? and i am certain that im pushing the right button.
i have been all over the settings trying to find something unusual. but i did not find anything..i did not alter any settings or anything.. it just stopped working from one time to another.

Settings > Plugins > ... uncheck-box "Volume control"

If that was already unchecked (or didn't fix the Problem):

Right click the speaker Icon to the left of the Clock in the Taskbar, choose Recording Devices, switch to the Communications Tab and select Do Nothing, hit OK.
