Looking for an overlay

Is there such an overlay plugin that only shows who is speaking at that moment in time? I'd like one that behaves just like the G15 plugin, which doesn't show anything or anybody's name unless someone is speaking.

There are two common overlay programs for teamspeak. One is built in and the other is called overwolf.

The default overlay from TS3 is able to do that. Look into the plugin options.
