If you do not host the server for yourself then you will not have access to ServerQuery (and certainly not the admin part of it - unless ofc the hoster is insane)
In any case: First thing you should do is Permissions -> Use Privilege Key -> Paste the Code you got from your Hoster -> Ok.
You should now be a Serveradmin on your hosted Server and can create Channels, create / Modify Groups etc.
If not you need to contact your Hoster and ask him whats wrong with his Setup.

In that case you either screwed up the Permissions already, or they were never properly set in the first place.
In any case the only one able to help you correct it is your Hoster.

a) Your Hoster is pretty crazy!
b) You got almost all of whats required. Seems you just unchecked / removed a couple of Permissions from the Serveradmin Group. You still have grant permissions so you should be able to check / grant yourself the needed Permissions.

Please contact your hoster or use your query login, to send a permreset to the server.
The query command permreset, deletes all custom groups and resets all permissions from the virtual server. and it kicks all users out of every group.---------------------------------------------------------
