    What error do you get?

i_channel_min_depth should be 0 or deactivated.
0 Is the level, where every main channel starts.

    Hey
I dont get any errors. When I right-klick on a channel, create sub-channel is grey.
i_channel_min_depth is 10 that default in permission. I tryed set it to 0 but it's the same.

Please check, that permission b_channel_create_child is enabled and set.

And you are sure, that you do not have any client or channel-client permissions, where the permission is disbaled.

Please try this, if it still fails. this explains, how you can clear you cache.

    Try setting:
    i_channel_min_depth value=0 or deactivated
    i_channel_max_depth value>0 ... e.g.=10
    and, of course, b_channel_create_child enabled
