Server Issues: Server Starts once and never reconnects.

Those are my latest logs within the server. Let me explain my issue a bit further and more accurate. I start my teamspeak server up, and I sometimes have to connect a while and multiple times till I actually get on. When I finally hit the target and get on the server, and when I want to edit something, I'd have to restart the server. When I'd restart the server, It's like impossible to reconnect.

All of my ports are correct, and It's still having trouble. This is on my desktop computer I'm hosting this.

Any one able to help?

This message tells you, that your server port is in use already.

Please make sure, that no other server instance is running already.
