[problem] cannot launch TS3

Hello.
2 days ago when i turn on my computer and tried open the teamspeak3 client i couldent do it.
because when i try to open it i see it for 1 seconds before my eyes then it shut off.
one time i had massage "teamspeak 3 error" that asked me to talk with developers to solve the issue.
thats what the log say:

i hope someone can help me solve the issue cos i realy dont know how.
i reinstalled the ts3 but still same problem....
