Permission to move users to the selected channels.

example:
Channel list:
1st Default
2nd My team (Join Power 20) (Need move power 20)
3rd Friends (Join Power 10)

List of groups:
1st TS Admin (Normal) (Join Power 50)
2nd My team (Join Power 20) (Move power 15)
3rd Friends (Join Power 10)

I want to do something like that, "My team" may join all available channels, however, users were able to move only the selected channels. Using what parameters can I set it up?
I tried the set with i_client_move_power and i_client_needed_move_power but the effect is such that a group of "my team" can move users to the channels to which they can join but can not these channels to move users to another channel.

P. S. I do not know whether the description is sufficient if I give an example and more accurate parameters.

The user, who trys to move another user , needs 2 permissions.
1. Enough i_client_move_power , to move the target into another chnanel.
2. Enough i_channel_join_power , because he can not move users into a channel he cant even join.

This also does not work, when the channel asks for a password and he does not know or can ignore it.
