    Cannot Join this Server

    I've been attempting to connect to this server for ages(months.) to no avail. It has been the same error every time and google holds no help for me. I can connect to any server except for this one. Support told me I was blacklisted, so I talked to the owner of the server, and he told me I wasn't. After bringing it back to support after that, they sent me here. Here is the error from start to finish.

    Jordi The Log clearly shows the DNS Name was successfully resolved, so there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the DNS, hence connecting the IP won't change anything.

    That seems logical, but can't connect to ts.eternal-wow.com
    ... needs port:

    ts.eternal-wow.com:4000
    50.23.212.48:4000

    Tried it, Same error.

    I can also ping the Server in Command Prompt. This means I can connect to the server, and the issue is purely with Teamspeak.

    and in this case with the Server Configuration...

    Server seems to be running TSDNS even though Information about it is missing in the Log for some reason... if not how would the Client have gotten the non-default Port 4000?

    Edit:
    Actually the Server is not running TSDNS, dunno about the Log above but seems fraudulent, tried for myself and the Client actually tries to connect to the default port as expected. So you need to specify the Port as posted above which works just fine.

    Check your antivirus or firewall or ... , if access the remote port 4000 is blocked?

    Firewalls all disabled, same error. How might I go about doing that port check?
