Create Channel error

Today I have met a problem - I'm superadmin and i can not create chanalls and subchanalls!

Error, what TS write below is "insufficient client permissions (неудача на i_channel_create_modify_with_codec_latency_factor_ min (12885/0x3255))"

I don't know what to do, i can not find this command in permition!

Please help ot fix it if it is a bug

After checking my system i see? that I (Server Query admin) have no modify power in Clients-> Client modify power! Then i triyed to set client modify power to 100 (nothing work from 1 to 100) wrote that (insufficient group modify power) but, i have group modify power - 100!!!

It is a bug///

The error had to do with codec latency. Did you try granting this permission to your server group? i_channel_create_modify_with_codec_latency_factor_ min

Last night I was editing a few permissions and stuff. But today when I tried to create a channel the server gives me this
<14:06:14> insufficient client permissions (failed on i_channel_create_modify_with_codec_latency_factor_ min)
The Value is set to 75 and Grant to 75.


I don't know what to do, if some one can assist me...

This is a minimum value permission... the highest supported latency factor is 32, and that is if you set the bandwidth to the lowest setting. Based on the permission you can't create a channel because you can't set the latency factor =>75. Normally a value of 4-7 is what you want for this permission.

Thats what happens if you randomly change Values of Permissions without understanding what they do!
with that Permission set to 75 the Latency Factor of the Voice Codec needs to be at least 75! That translates to that you can only create a channel with the narrowband (8kHz) Codec at lowest Quality with a Latency of at least 1.5 Seconds! If you want to create high Audio Quality Channels you will need to set that Permission to a low value ( < 10).
