NPL License key dat file is empty?

Hi guys,
I have had my NPL licensekey.dat file since December but have not needed it as yet as we have less than 30 members in my clan. We are just wanting to add a new virtual TS server but when I added the licence key it was not recongnised by TS3. I opened the .dat file as suggested in the forums but there is no text, I can select a few lines, but the whole file is possibly corrupted as there is nothing to see, just lines of white space.

How can I get this key resent?

Maybe first try using the webmail to get the license key file. Details in this thread:

If you still have that Email on your Mailserver just use a proper Mailclient to save the attached file, or use Webmail (though I know of instances where webmail breaks it too).

If you do not have that Email anymore you should've taken a look onto the Page where you got your license from in the first place. They have a huge Link on that Page offering to resend the License...

Thanks guys, have found this page now. It was late at night and I couldn't get to the page you linked up when browsing the FAQs, so all good now.
Note for admins, the forum search does not work in IE for me (IE8 and 9 with protected mode off and security at lowest settings) so I could not search forums for previous answers. Firefox worked but by then I had already posted.
