Failed to connect to server.
I have seen a lot of topics like that, but i can't find any solution in there, so, i'm able to connect to all servers (including voice.teamspeak.com) but not to the one that i need, i did the ping test through cmd and it's 100% loses (4 - sent, 0 - recieved), did traceroute - 0 emmotions, it doesn't respond me, btw. server is stable and all my friends can easily connect to it. Please Help Me with an advice, thanks.

Not related to TS3 since as you stated your PC cannot reach the server at all.
In any case it might be that
- you are using a crappy DNS (try connecting with IP instead of DNS Name),
- that Server uses a weird non-default Port which for some reason is blocked on your PC / Network (contact System / Network Admin)

If it's at your home you should probable contact your ISP.
