bans
I have a TS3 server and some funny guys have found a way to overcome bans and they keep coming back with new ID numbers and perturbate the serenity of the clients. They probably have a "HACK" of some kind that permits them to change their ID number in a jiffy and are able to come back, even if the IP address is also banned. Can someone help me with that? Thanks in advance.

Right CLick the Server name -> Edit Virtual Server -> More -> Security -> Enter 26 into the Edit -> Hit OK
Now they will have to wait to generate a sufficient Level. Other than that there is not much you can do until the next Server gets released. Oh and before anyone asks: When it's done

You should not use the word hack, when you don't know what a hack is.......

Classic Banned user comes back.
Hey guys, a serveradmin on one of my servers banned someone and they came back a day later. I bet you guys hear this alot but get this. This person was using the exact same IP AND ID. The previous IP AND ID is in the ban list. Its still banned.
What say you?
TS version is of age(3.0.2) which im aware of, although there should never be a case where the server simply cant ban people.

First update your Server to the latest Version..
then check if that user has b_client_ignore_bans assgined to him (Right Click him -> Permissions -> Permission Overview). If he does remove it.

I have been having a rash of these TS trolls coming into my server swell. instead of banning them i just null route them with my firewall. my server drops from there list of available open servers and they don't come back.
