    File upload 0k

    Hello,
I write here because TS3 support doesen't consider us (even if we pay about 2k$/month for ATHP license)
We have about 700 servers online, db is mysql 5.5.
The problem is that file upload (and avatar, icons, ecc) doesen't work. Sometimes the files are uploaded but they show 0KB, and ts3 client gives errors like timeout, size invalid, file not found, ecc.

Another problem is that query doesen't work, if I telnet port 10011 it is extremely slow, sometime it takes 10min to eecute a command.

    - OS is debian 64bit
    - ulimit -n is 30k
    - CPU is i7 six core with 64GB of RAM
    - chmod is correct

    Thank you in advance

I believe this is a known bug. Is your server up to date?

Yes, is the last version. The strange thing is that they don't reply to ticket!

Check Server Load and RAM Usage...
~10min is timeout for query Connections, so after ~ 10 mins you get disconnected if you don't type commands.

As for Filetransfer: Make sure TCP 30033 (or whatever you defined in the ini file) is accessible from the outside world on the specified IP entered in the ini.

CPU usage is very low, and of course RAM usage too (the server has 64GB of RAM)

port 30033 is accesible from outside

If I were you, I would try a quick forum search. I don't remember if the problem was ever resolved but there may be some good pointers in the thread.

Yes, but those topic are related to permission problems. Our permissions are right.

I can't understand why we have to pay thousands $ every month and getting reply from official teasmpeak support with 4-5 days of distance.

Have you verified that the teamspeak server has r/w access to the upload directory?

Is there something in your server logs? Or in a log from such a user, when he uploads an avatar?
And port 30033 TCP is opened for filetransfers?

does Your server create filepaths for your servers?
    ...\files\virtualserver_3\internal < as an example?
