Can you help my my server location in in Austria but im from Croatia so when i enable reporting to server list http://i.imgur.com/IPJlD.png my server is listed in Austria not Croatia can i change this so people from Croatia can connect and to see my ip of server in Croatian servers http://upload.slike.com/slike/3Opk2.png

I understand you but i'm afraid it's not possible.

Server Location is based on IP Geolocation, in other words the Location shown in the Serverlist is the physical Location of the Server Machine hosting your TS3 Server. This cannot be changed.

Server Location does not mean anything nor does it prevent anyone from connecting regardless of Country so everyone can connect to every server regardless of location.
