Teamspeak 3 completely weird Error
Dear Teamspeak Community,
A friend of mine has a very curious bug with Teamspeak.
Whenever he starts TS3(newest Client) it crashes the first time. After Cancelling all TS3 related Tasks he restarts TS3 and it works.... Well, at least it looks like its working...
When he tries to move people to another channel it doesnt work although he has system admin rights. When he wants to change settings it might work or not. He cant really click when in options nor can he switch settings properly, just by keyboard commands. All mouse commands are usually ignored sometimes it works but thats really random.
I have reinstalled DirectX on his PC and reinstalled his mousedriver. I also did a virus check, deactivated his mouse completely and used my fully functioning mouse and the same errors occured. I reinstalled TS3 in 32bit and 64bit mode and also an older version of TS deleted all settings when reinstalling and the error still persists...
If anyone has a clue on this one im glad for any help since i dont have a clue anymore.
For system specs: hes using Windows 7 64bit, with a Phenom X2 Processor and a Geforce 9600GT Graphics Card. The Mouse is a Microsoft Sidewinder X8(used with standard windows device drivers and with Intellipoint) and the keyboard is a Logitech G15.
Any help is much appreciated since a reinstall of windows would be a pain in the....
Thanks in advance and awaiting a response in either german or english or arabic

Delete everything inside the plugins Folder.
Clear the Cache (Settings -> Security -> Clear Cache) (or just delete %AppData%\TS3Client\cache or <Ts3InstallDir>\config\cache whichever exists)
See if that solves the Problem.
Also make sure all Drivers (Sound, Keyboard, Logitech Software (for keyboard), Graphics) are up to date.
Post the Client Log (Tools -> Client Log) using

Tags.
