    Unhappy Port 9987 won't open

    My port 9987 is not opening, i have done everything right.
    its upd not tpc.

    Here is an image of my firewalls because i might have done something wrong there.

    I checked my ports on this website
    http://canyouseeme.org/
    http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

    all my other ports are open.

    Also i can't connent to my server using my external ip address and my friends can't too.

    canyouseeme.org can not see your udp ports!
    It is normal, that you can not connect to your own external IP


    You could test, to activate DMZ for your LANIP.
    Or without that router. Make sure ,that all firewalls are deactivated.
    Maybe another port works? Try to change them.
    Remove/Disable DMZ after the test!!!.

    Also, something good to note is Firewall rules is not the ONLY thing that needs done. Depending on your router, you may also need to make NAT rules. Some routers will do both automatically for you. Others, will not.
