Whisper to all

Is it possible to configure TeamSpeak so that one of the Channels is heard in all other channels or that a user can listen to more than one channel at a time?
I would like to be able to make announcments to all users on a server.

You need to use the whisper system in TS3 for this. Make a new whisper lists that whispers to Groups and type=all clients / target = all channels. Then just use that whisper list to make announcements. But if you are a guest this may not work for you as there may be some needed whisper power permissions in place.

Not to mention that there is a hardcoded Limit as to how many people you can whisper to at the same time.

What is the hard coded limit?
Is the whisper function available on iOs and Android devices?

Don't know exactly... below 100 or so I think, never really tested it. Just hit it once on a busy server.

Don't know about iOS but it's not there on Android.
